What is the process for renting a trailer?
Renting a trailer from Rolling Rentals USA is a straightforward process. Start by browsing our trailer inventory, which includes various types such as utility trailers, enclosed trailers, and more. Once you've selected the trailer that suits your needs, create a login, and complete the request to reserve a trailer. You will need a a photo ID, and vehicle insurance when establishing your account. Once you rental is confirmed you will need to complete a contract and submit payment. We'll prepare the trailer for pickup at our rental location or arrange for delivery to your specified address if purchased. You will recieve a welcome text prior to your rental that will give you pickup details as well as lock codes. Pickups and dropoffs are contactless unless otherwise requested. You will be responsible for proper hitching and use of the equipment. At the end of your rental, you will return the trailer to its original location, lock it, and secure the keys. We will inspect the trailer post rental, return your deposit, and ensure the equipment is properly maintained for the next renter.
What happens if I encounter issues or damages to the rented trailer during my use?
If you encounter any issues or damages to the rented trailer during your use, please notify us promptly. You may call us anytime at 713-550-7922. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Depending on the nature and extent of the issue or damage, we will assess and determine the necessary course of action. You may be responsible for repair or replacement costs, so it's advisable to review our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to trailer damages. Your prompt communication is appreciated, as it helps us maintain the quality of our rental equipment.
Can I extend the rental period for a trailer if I need it for a longer duration than originaly planned?
Yes, you can extend the rental period for a trailer if you require it for a longer duration than initially planned. To do so, please contact our team to discuss your needs and arrange for an extension. We will work with you to update the rental terms and ensure the continued availability of the trailer. Keep in mind that trailer availability may vary, so it's best to notify us about your extension needs as early as possible to secure the equipment. We're committed to accommodating your changing towing requirements.

Tax rate of 8.25% will be assessed to all Rental Orders.
Card Processing
A Processing Fee of 3.9% + 30¢ will be assessed to all Rental Orders using MTR/Stripe as payment.
Security Deposit
$150 refundable security deposit is due at time of booking. Will be refunded within 7 days of retuned equipment minus any damages or losses.
