What is the process for renting a trailer?
Renting a trailer from us is a straightforward process. Start by browsing our trailer inventory, Once you've selected the trailer that suits your needs, create a login, and complete the request to reserve a trailer. You will need a a photo ID, and vehicle insurance when establishing your account. Once your rental is confirmed you will need to complete a contract and submit payment. We will inform you where to pick-up the trailer and do a pre-trip inspection. At the end of your rental, you will return the trailer to its original location, We will inspect the trailer post rental, return your deposit, and ensure the equipment is properly maintained for the next renter.
What happens if I encounter issues or damages to the rented trailer during my use?
If you encounter any issues or damages to the rented trailer during your use, please notify us promptly. You may call us anytime at 806-494-1806. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Depending on the nature and extent of the issue or damage, we will assess and determine the necessary course of action. You may be responsible for repair or replacement costs, so it's advisable to review our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to trailer damages. Your prompt communication is appreciated, as it helps us maintain the quality of our rental equipment.
Can I extend the rental period for a trailer if I need it for a longer duration than originally planned?
Yes, you can extend the rental period for a trailer if you require it for a longer duration than initially planned. To do so, please contact our team to discuss your needs and arrange for an extension. We will work with you to update the rental terms and ensure the continued availability of the trailer. Keep in mind that trailer availability may vary, so it's best to notify us about your extension needs as early as possible to secure the equipment.

A Processing Fee of 3.9% + 30¢ will be assessed to all Rental Orders using MTR/Stripe as payment.
Security Deposit
$150 Deposit is required for all rentals. Deposit is fully refunded if there is no damage or missing equipment.
Please Be Prompt on pick-ups and drop-offs.
Late Fees Will Apply $30/hr.
Please Return Trailers Clean-Cleaning fee $30 And Up
Customers Are Responsible for flats/blowouts.
