Reservation Deposit Terms Reservation deposits are non-refundable. The deposit amount, including taxes and processing fees, will be applied to your rental total. By paying the deposit, you agree to these terms. You confirm that you are the authorized user of the credit card used for payment and agree not to dispute or initiate any chargebacks related to this transaction. In the event a chargeback is filed, you agree to be responsible for all costs, including legal fees, incurred by us in disputing the chargeback. You acknowledge that any cancellations or changes to your reservation may result in forfeiture of the deposit. You further agree that any disputes will be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties, and you waive the right to initiate any legal claims related to this deposit. By proceeding with the payment link or completing the payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. You also authorize us to securely store your card information on file via Stripe, and acknowledge that it may be used for future charges, including but not limited to rental balances, damages, fees, or any additional charges related to your reservation.
