Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies are determined by the company providing the trailer rental service. If the company requires a reservation deposit and the renter cancels the reservation, the deposit may be forfeited. Please check with the company for their specific cancellation policy.
Liability: We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services. We do not provide insurance coverage for the trailers and it is the renter’s responsibility to obtain insurance coverage. Any issues or disputes with the company providing services must be dealt with directly between the renter and the service provider. Doc Studios, LLC d/b/a MyTrailer.Rentals is not liable for any such issues or disputes.
Use of Trailers: The trailers must be used only for legal purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any use of the trailers for illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.
Credit Card Authorization: By using our website, you authorize us to charge your credit card for any rental fees, damages, or other charges related to your use of our trailers or services. You agree not to dispute any credit card transactions related to our services, and you agree that any such dispute may result in the suspension of your account.
Company Liability: We are not liable for any charges made by companies using our services. It is the responsibility of the company to ensure that their employees or agents using our trailers have the proper authorization and credit card information.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
