R&K is a family-owned business serving Wichita and the surrounding area! As a small business, we have a 1-on-1 relationship with our customers, giving every rental experience a unique small town feel that can't be matched by larger companies. Convenient and Hassle Free
We strive to make your trailer rental experience an easy and painless process. When you rent from us, you can reserve dates, pay, and complete the rental agreement entirely from our website. We will contact you with pickup instructions prior to your reservation and you can pickup and return the trailer anytime within your reserved time. If you would like us to deliver and pickup the trailer for you, give us a shout before booking and we'll work out the details. If booking online isn't for you, call/text or email us and we will meet you in person and do it the old-fashioned way.
Everything is Included
When you rent from us, we do our best to include everything you need during your rental, free of charge. We aren't going to nickel-and-dime you with extra charges for ratchet straps, hitch rentals, etc. We have included a list of accessories to pick from in the trailer listing. If there is something you need that isn't listed, let us know!
Pickup Options
Self Pickup/return: This provides you the most flexibility when you reserve and fill out the rental contract online. We will send you the code to unlock the trailer the day of your reservation, as well as instructions for return. You can pickup and drop-off the trailer at any point within your reserved times
Appointment for Pickup/Return: If you prefer to pay and/or fill out the rental contract in person, contact us and we'll arrange a time and day to meet you to complete the transaction, either at the time of your pickup or in advance.
Delivery: If the location of the trailer is an inconvenience for you, let us bring it to you! We can drop it off at your location and/or pick it up when you're done! Please call prior to booking to make sure we can meet your needs and discuss the details. THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA FEE BASED ON YOUR LOCATION.

Pricing
Deposits & Rental Fees
Tax: 7.5% applies to all rentals.
Security Deposit
A valid Driver's license and proof of insurance for the towing vehicle is required.
Reservation Deposit: $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation. If you decide to move your reservation to a different date, we will transfer the deposit.
Security Deposit: Deposit equivalent to a single day rental. This will be returned once the trailer is returned in the same condition in which it was rented. If any damage has occurred to the trailer or accessories lost, the cost of repar/replacement will be deducted from the deposit. If cost exceeds deposit amount, we will charge the card on file. We will contact you before any of these actions are taken.
If the trailer is not returned within the rental period agreed, a $50 per hour fee will be collected.
