Tax rate of 9.35% will be assessed to all Rental Orders.
Card Processing
A Processing Fee of 3.9% + 30¢ will be assessed to all Rental Orders using MTR/Stripe as payment.
A Card Processing Fee of 3% will be assessed to all Rental Orders using non-Stripe processers for payment.
Security Deposit
A refundable deposit of $300 is required. The full deposit will be returned to you at the end of the rental period, provided there are no damages. In the event of any damages, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
