Deposits & Rental Fees

Damage deposit- All trailer rentals require a $200 refundable security/damage deposit. The deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage or missing equipment from the trailer upon returning the trailer. The rental fee plus the deposit are taken up front.
Reservation Deposit- We require a one day rental rate for the deposit at the time of reservation. This constitutes a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. If you make a reservation for a trailer and decide to cancel you will not receive a refund. The reservation deposit is transferable. You may change the dates of your event pending availability. The trailer must be rescheduled at time of cancellation.
