At Mullen Trailer Rentals LLC., we offer our customers the option to protect themselves and their assets by purchasing insurance coverage through MBA Insurance. Alternatively, customers can make a refundable deposit of $300.00 before renting a trailer. We believe in providing our customers with options, and making their experience with us a safe and hassle-free one. Tax rate of 7.575% will be assessed to all Rental Orders.
Card Processing
A Processing Fee of 3.9% + 30¢ will be assessed to all Rental Orders using MTR/Stripe as payment.
A Card Processing Fee of 3.5% will be assessed to all Rental Orders using non-Stripe processers for payment.
Security Deposit
To reserve your trailer rental, a deposit of $150 must be paid at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable and ensures that your trailer is reserved for the dates you need it. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to make canceling your trailer rental as easy as possible. However, please note that we require a minimum of 24-hour notice to cancel your reservation. If you fail to provide us with the required notice, you will forfeit your deposit. We do not make any exceptions to our deposit policy, so please be sure to have it ready when making your reservation.
