Prime Trailer Rental is a locally owned and operated trailer rental company based in Concord, NC. We specialize in providing high-quality trailers for rent at affordable prices. Our mission is to make your moving or transportation experience as hassle-free as possible by providing you with the right trailer to meet your specific needs.
We understand that every customer's needs are unique, and that's why we offer a range of trailer rental options. Currently, we have four different trailers available for rent - the Kaufman 24' Enclosed Trailer, a 14' Enclosed and two Kaufman Deluxe Car Trailers (Open Trailer).
MOVING??
Much easier than a U-haul. We drop off the trailer with all the supplies you need. Hand truck, dolly, blankets, and straps. You load it and then we transport it to your new location when you are ready to unload it. OR you can rent the trailer and pull it with your truck. Let us know what you need.
Can't pull a trailer but need something moved within the state of NC. We also offer pick-up and delivery of cars or any other items in the state of NC only. USDOT 4086909. Call/text us at 704-794-7316 or email primetrailerrental@gmail.com with what you need and let us do the driving.

With a length of 21 feet and a width of 7 feet, this trailer can handle most vehicles. It comes with features like winch, spare tire, stabilizer jacks, toolbox, and battery. We also provide items like recovery strap, three different type of car tie downs, cargo straps, bridle straps and a ball mount to make your transportation process more convenient. Just let us know what you need, we may have it. All at no extra charge.

With a length of 24 feet, interior height of 8' and a width of 8.5', this trailer can accommodate a wide range of items. It also comes with features like rear wing with lights, ramp door with flap (much easier to load than a U-Haul), side escape door, E-track on the floor and walls, LED interior lights, extra interior height and rubber-lined interior to keep things clean. We also provide items like tie-downs, ratchet straps, 24 moving blankets, and a hand truck to make your transportation process more convenient. Trailer Information:
Our 2024 14' long, 7' wide premium tandem enclosed trailer is perfect for moving furniture, atvs, motorcycles or pretty much anything you need. Our premium trailer has a max load capacity of 5300lbs (uhaul 2480lbs) and has a large door opening of 6'2' wide and 6' tall (uhaul 5' wide and 4'10' tall) and with a 6'6" tall interior (uhaul 5'5"). Some of the features are a full drop down, ramp style door with flap, e track on the floor and walls and all rentals come with hitch, straps, blankets, handtruck at no extra charge.

Payments
We accept most forms of payments.
Stripe
Tax
Tax rate of 7.00% will be assessed to all Rental Orders.
Card Processing
A Processing Fee of 3.9% + 30¢ will be assessed to all Rental Orders using MTR/Stripe as payment.
A Card Processing Fee of 3% will be assessed to all Rental Orders using non-Stripe processers for payment.
